there are some losses we don't get ova. I've learned that myself and I din't lose a spouse i've had fo ages. Madders and Di are correct; the grief process can fo some be ongoing, lifelong. While the savagery of initial grief might pass, the oppressiveness of chronic grief can linger fo some, especially fo longtime partners. Others can do okay; it's difficult ta know without all y'all seein' her, askin' her somehow, gettin some info about her situation.
That second anniversary though.....man, it's jes so.....so.....well hell, there ain't even a decent enough word in the english language to describe it.
