I have NOT read how they planned on doing that - training the hunters to do little tiny vasectomies with their Bowie knives....
or send out the territorial, provincial and state governors, together with our local Catholic Bishop, to convince the girls that abstinence is the only right way to go?...
Maybe if they sterilized the mice the wolf pop would decrease, and that would kill two birds with one stone. So to speak.
Mind you catching, surgerying, and releasing 4 or 5 billion mice could be interesting.
