are you "shore" you don't want any chitlins sister? how bout a lil bite of those thangs huh?
throw some hot sauce on em? when daddy used to cook them we'd leave the house, grosser than gross but his whole family loved them. so glad i'm of a later generation 
how bout some taters and tomaters? want a "poke" chop? i'll tell you, my folks were from virgnia, georgia and florida and would cuss me out when i tried to correct their english, so i just leave it alone lol..
now when my aunt cooks really country i just stick to the meat and veggies and salivate at everything else lol.
