Well, I guess no news is good news here on the grief board, right?
Been busy with the usual - running Laura and Katie back and forth to their various after school activities, running back and forth to see Christina (just a few more weeks 'til she can come HOME!!!), trying to spend time with Jenny on those rare occasions when we're both in the same place at the same time (and both awake)...that's life as we know it, for now. Hectic, but "normal."
And watching the snow melt. Still over a foot on the ground up here in the mountains, but it's melting fast. Lots of flooding down in the valley - the rivers and streams are overflowing from all the snow melt after this unusually snowy winter. The girls are supposed to start softball next week, but I'm guessing the field won't be ready in time - it was under water last time I checked, and the river has gotten higher since then. I'm coaching their team again this year. I wasn't going to coach this year because of the time commitment, but they needed a coach and nobody else wanted to do it, so here I am
...but if the snow doesn't melt soon we won't have a season anyway.......how's the weather down south?
