Wow!!! I've heard of mime ministries but this is the first time I've actually been ministered to through it. Usually I sit and enjoy the 'act'. But when I saw Yielded Vessel, their ministry touched me in a way that no other mime ministry has. It touched the area in my life that no one knew about because I never talked about it. God has raised them up for such a time as this. I'm not putting other mime ministries down because I know they all have their purpose but, Yielded Vessel made an impression on me that no other mime ministry has. I have been talking about them ever since I saw them. If you get a chance, check these two sisters out. It will change your life. I've also been on their web site, It's great too. They have pictures and everything www.yieldedvessel.com

: REVERENCE BEYOND WORDS
:
: You may be able to go to any corner in New
: York City, or the sandy
: Beaches of California and see the art of
: mime, but I don’t think even
: Marcel Marceau could have imagined this
: unique form of art portrayed
: with such life changing power.
:
: Treshele and Yvonne McDaniel have applied
: their white face make-up,
: gloves, and robes, and are now taking the
: nation by storm as Yielded
: Vessel Mime Ministry. This amazing duo has
: combined music with dramatic
: movement, and accompanied by songs such as
: Ce Ce Winan’s "Alabaster
: Box", Yolanda Adams’, "In The
: Midst of It All", and Shekinah Glory’s
: "Praise Is What I do", they
: portray God’s influence in mans’ life. With
: unique storytelling ability, and without
: saying a word, Yielded Vessel
: deals with issue after issue as they
: illustrate the way fractured lives
: can be mended and reconciled to God. By the
: end of every mime, youth as
: well as adults stand amazed and teary eyed.
:
: What makes Yielded Vessel so powerful?
: Treshele McDaniel says, "This is
: where we came from. Our ministry was
: developed from our ‘mess’. We, like
: many of the youth today, got caught up in
: the ‘party life’, and drugs. I
: was so street smart that you wouldn’t have
: recognized me. My sister
: (Yvonne) was the same way, and then her life
: was changed by a car
: accident that could have been fatal. That
: accident showed her how
: precious and amazingly short life can be. I
: remember she came to me one
: day and said, ‘We served the devil together
: for so many years, why
: don’t’ we try serving God for a change.’ I
: didn’t want to hear it at
: first, but she was persistent and I decided
: to go to church just to get
: her off my back. It was while I was sitting
: in church that I realized
: that the void I kept trying to fill through
: drugs and other immoral
: acts, could only be filled with the love of
: God through salvation. One
: of the songs that we minister is called,
: "Let Us Worship", by Yolanda
: Adams. In this song we are actually acting
: out our testimony, and it
: shows how my sister saved my life."
:
: Yvonne says, "I believe God took us out
: of the filth we were in, cleaned
: us up and said, ‘Now go back in there and
: get others who are still bound
: in immorality and through your testimony let
: them know I love them - - -
: let them know that I’ve heard their prayers,
: and that I’m still here - -
: - waiting. All they have to do is take one
: step and I’ll take two.’
: We’re not saying that everyone has the same
: issues. What we are saying
: is that whatever your issue is, God has the
: answer."
:
: When I think of ministries, miming is not a
: method that immediately
: comes to mind, but as I watched their
: stories unfold that night, I began
: to see myself - - - my hidden secrets and
: challenges - - - come to life
: on stage right before my eyes. Secrets and
: challenges that I had not
: dared to share with anyone, except God. By
: the end, I was, like others
: around me, wiping away tears. Not only did I
: leave the performance
: feeling like a burden had been lifted from
: my shoulders, but I knew that
: God had heard every one of my prayers, and
: that I was there by divine
: appointment to receive answers from Him:
: Answers that came through two
: sisters . . . and one ministry . . . called
: Yielded Vessel. In my
: interview with them I shared my experience
: with them, and their reply
: was simply, "To God be the glory."
:
: Yvonne went on to explain, "It’s
: important that we listen to God. He’s
: our choreographer. Each movement is to
: reverence Him, and it’s
: definitely a reverence beyond words."
:
: While writing this article, I reflected upon
: what Treshele had said
: regarding how her sister had saved her life,
: but as I think about it, I
: realize the impact both of these girls have
: made on people’s lives all
: over the world. They’ve ministered to
: thousands of Youth at youth
: conferences called Y.U.G.O., with Dr.
: Patricia Bailey. They’ve also
: appeared on the Bobby Jones show, The Word
: channel, TBN, Daystar, and
: The 700 Club. Imagine the hearts that are
: being changed through this
: unique ministry, which is Yielded Vessel's
: way of reverencing the Most
: High God. It's beyond words.
