Has anyone had experience with notaizating a document for a inmate without a ID card. The LA County jail that I would be going to only has booking #'s, no pic, no sig on card. Someone told me, she feels the jail officials have the right person in custody, so the booking # should be enough to do the notarization. Anyone's thoughts??? Sounds valid, but is it?
