I apologize for the lack of details on this issue but here goes: Lets say a buyer purchases a home as a investment, however the owner occupancy agreement has it checked off as the buyer using the property as his occupancy instead of investment. The notary did not explain this document to the buyer nor left him a copy of the documents to overview and it has been more then 30 days to be able to excute the errors and omissions agreement(if it could be executed in this instance) what steps can the buyer take to get this issue corrected. If this is a issue that can't be answered here I apologize for the spam hehe.
