IMHO No....no more than you would call the borrowers after they sign their loan docs to tell them their rate or their deal stinks. It's not your business. As unlikely as it is, what if they do come through for these homeowners? You've slandered them and that can come back to bite you. You completed the job, it's done - just pray you get paid.
I must say I know you've been on the boards for a while now - how you'd NOT know about this company is a mystery to me.
But, I bet you won't forget them now!!...
