Well apparently I wasn't reading all the right posts here and elsewhere, as I was not aware they went through a BK.
Then again this may be a blessing!
I just spoke to the US bankruptcy office, as I was never contacted about the filing, but was owed for several signings. In order for TitleStream to be discharged, this person said we must be notified by the petitioner, if they failed to notify someone, they can't discharge the debt, and it will remain an obligation post bankruptcy.
Is anyone else out there owed, but not informed of the BK? It's not cost effective for me to file in TX from CA, but if there was a big enough group in the same position as myself, maybe we can do something.
Contact me if your still owed, but never received notice in the BK proceedings.
