This company handles brokered FHA loans with very high fees and "fake fees" like the $900 title cert fee. I've never met an attorney or TC that charged more than $150 for a cert or exam! These loans are taking advantage of people just like the bad subprimes.
Again, if you know someone is being taken advantage of with a bad loan, you are just as guilty as the LO if you close these types of loans.
