Haven't a clue what a plat is, then again in CA we don't have those pesky "survey's" the FL & TX escrow companies always include the Survey Affidavits for either, of course missing the "attached" survey mentioned in the sworn affidavit, as one does not exist.
But I can't think of a single way I would describe my seal (or any other for that matter) as verbal. It's: printed, stamped, inked, embossed, applied, but verbal? Even the term "seal of approval" though potentially spoken, implies the application of a seal to something.
I'm definitely no linguist, I'm great full spell checkers exist (though darn if they can't fix when I spell correctly the wrong word). I like to learn new things, I'd love an example of a verbal seal used in real estate!
