Most of the time, if not all of the time, the signer must sign (in cursive) everything. It is a signature! The "attorney-in-fact ...." is part of the signature and therefore must be written in the signer's handwriting. Every lender that I know has required it to be written, not printed or stamped, by the signer. --Previous Message-- : We are in a military area and do alot of : closings utilizing a Power of : Attorney. Has anyone ever had a stamp : made so that the signer does not have : to handwrite Attorney in fact on every : signature page? :
