Vonage has a few plans. If you are using it and you find that you don't need quite so many minutes and you want to switch from the basic 14.99 or the 24. dollar plan they also have a business plan. So if you have on service and decide to switch to another they charge you a fee. All the plans have caller ID and all the perks like voice mail and such. Hope this helps
