That depends on your wants/intent.
Courses are a dime a dozen out there.
IMHO:
Advertising:
Are you looking for a "name" behind the "certification". Then I would go with NNA &/or 123notary.
While many will poopoo the NNA on this board, their name has recognition, or at minimum appearance of clout & and a pretty logo you can advertise with. While I understand that their NOT a non-profit, but a FOR PROFIT business, I maintain my membership for that silly logo alone. I can't tell you how much business it draws in my advertising, as people told me they picked me because I had that "title", that lent credibility, even though they hadn't a clue what it might represent.
123notary.com, because in my opinion they have the best advertising referral service, and I know 1st hand from business I receive off of their site, I was picked for that reason (being near the top helps too).
Other notaries opinions of any organization less important... as the general public likes "logo's, "certifications" ect. They know nothing about the source, background, education requirements, but it sure looks good!
Practical experence:
If you looking for help understanding the ins & outs, of loan signings. a course will help the basics if your new to this, but finding a local Notary who will take you with them on a signing or two will give you more help than any course will.
