Again, my fee is my fee. Pay it or find someone else, which they did on the one that was possible for #185. If I can't make $$$ on the deal, I can sit and come out better.
Now to update on the one done on 4/27. Called yesterday 4/30. RTC had been left out even thought I call both Richmond and the Wells Fargo Lender contact to check to see if this need the RTC.
"We left the RTC and some other docs out." what will you charge to go back and get these signed?
My basic fee $75.
We can do that, but several of the other docs need to be notarized for the orginal date of the signing.
I can NOT and will Not backdate.
Thank you, I think we can get by with sending them to the borrower to sign. The ones that need to be notarize are minor "junk" docs.
