I've been getting Wellas Fargo thru Richmond Title/Flex Agents Signing Team. I'm just west of Ft Worth Texas.
They have been paying good. I have 2 outstanding; one done last night - 4/27/09, another 4/15/09. Have been paid on the one done on 3/18/06(ck arrived 4/13), done on 3/3 (ck arrived 3/23).
They pay my $125 for e-docs and $30 per 50 mile travel round tripa fees.
Had a call for one this afternoon that would have had a total fee of $185. Have not recieved approval for it. No Bid deal, Pay my fee or find someone else.
