yeah, they used to be just fine and I did a lot of closings for them for $150.00 some years back..... 5 or 6 years ago this wasn't a bad gig.. lol I used to do a lot of closings for IREP too, but now Bene has closed the offices that used to call me and I couldn't believe it because Houston still has one of the strongest economies in the country. But close them they did.
