My hushand and I are both signing notaries and we are having debate,
He contends all we need to do is point out the documents and where the borrowers are to sign.
I content that we should not only point out the documents and where they are to sign but we should offer a simple exlanation of the document. I do this for the DOT, NRC, TIL, HUD and Note. I feel that I have saved alot of loans as borrowers can be confused by the docs.
We have agreed to abide by your suggestions.
