Getting Back into Notary Work

My husband just lost his job. I was a notary a few years ago but quit when things got slow. Can you tell me if there is enough work out there if I renewed my commission? I could really use your guidance and support, all of you. I used to read this board all the time. Thank you for any input. Jan
