I believe I saw in a recent NNA newsletter that we signing agents are tax exempt up to an additional $400 for non-notary fees associated with a signing for such things as mileage charged on top of the signing fee. The signing fee and the edoc fee are usually separately negotiated, so can we put the edoc fee up to $400 in that other exempt category?
