The notice states:
Effective Immediately
For all closings that are taking place after 3:00pm on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, the entire closing package MUST be faxed back to 877-798-2801
Fopr all other closings that are taking place thrughout the week, please ensure that the packages are dopped immediately following the closing.
If they are not dropped off or picked up the same day as closing, the documents NEED to be faxed to the aforementioned fax number.
I don't know about you. But, we do alot of closing after FED EX and UPS are closed. And
alot of closings on Thursday, Friday evening and Saturday Sunday.
How are you handling this? Are you faxing back as requested and are you charging for this service?
