Craig, I've done many of these signings for Louisiana properties that were purchased by California's. We cannot sign this even if it is going out of state. It's asking you to certify to things we cannot certify to.
Notaries in Louisiana are close to being attorney's, they can do things we can't. I always call the attorney I've done work for on these properties and let her know, I cannot sign this. What type of notarization would you like attached in it's place.
