Notarial wording at the end of the the note:
"NE VARTIETUR" for identification with an Art of Mortgage passed before me the ___ day of ___ of ___
_____________
Notary Public Notary Seal
Not valid wording in CA.... but what type of act is it?
Docs from LA for a home in LA. CA Law says I must use verbatim Jurat wording.... but as long as it doesn't state something contrary to our laws on an Ack. and is filed out of state, I can use other state ack's. But how does one cover wording not resembling either?
Per dictionary.com Ne Varietur: used as an inscription on notarized documents esp. that are evidence of an encumbrance (as a mortgage)
Thanks for your input.
