If you are asking regarding the state Dan S live, I don't know because I don't know what state he lives in.
But, in my state you don't get fingerprinted and photographed. I don't know if they pull a background check; however, I do know it is not an extensive background check in that fingerprint cards are not required.
How about your state? Were you fingerprinted?
