What if they go under between now and then? Will the bank still honor the check? Is there any other way to clear that check sooner? I thought checks now had to clear a lot quicker than 90 days!!!
That'll be the day I'd accept a post-dated check for services rendered - you've waited since August, 2008 and now you have to wait til 6/09 to have your money in hand? IMO, if it were me, I'd be calling them first thing tomorrow telling them either overnight me a cashier's check for this payment and if payment is not received within 5 days I'll be filing suit.
