Hi there, just wanted to let you know that if you get a signing for one of their loans, (Katrina), be aware that there are a ton of notarizations. I'm in CA so none of the wording was correct for Jurats. Anyway, super-long story sort of short, I did signing yesterday with 3 buyers, 3 properties. You have to sign 2 packages for each property. 25 notarizations for each package. Yep, your math is correct. I did 150 notarizations. Yikesssss!!! They are very nice people but just be sure to add extra for the additional time it will take. (Signing took 2.5 hours which isn't bad considering they signed 6 packages) Overall time for me though was probably 6 hours.
