Cynthia, kudos to you, Cheryl and LaShon for putting this together. I think it is a great event to bring all together who want to participate. There is a lot of opportunity out there for career, part time and new notaries who want to work hard and do the drill to identify where the work is coming from as a result of foreclosure (not REO) properties. Now that property values have dropped substantially, there is movement in home sales beginning. The next time you do a seminar, I will love to come and meet you all. I'm swamped with foreclosure activities and closing foreclosure purchase loan escrows and can't make the trip this time. Meanwhile, BKs are up, I am sorry to miss this valuable piece of your program! I know the luncheon will be a smashing hit! I am already signed up with H&R Block to do tax preparation. If Wendy has a hand out for participants, I would love to be able to get a copy.
Have a great time! I regret that I am unable to attend. Just an extraordinarily busy time for me.
Foreclosures waned by year end in 2008 due to SB 1137, but now they are beginning to gather steam! Pressure is on. All the best, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
