Hi Joe,
You have received great information on why you can not notarize blank docs and the state statutes that govern you as a FL notary, but you have not been given guidance on what to do in this situation as a signing agent and as a Florida notary.
I will email you information on how to deal with this situation in the future, to save your place as a signing agent and still uphold the laws that govern you as a Florida notary. Unfortunately, we have to deal with title companies that just don't understand what we need to do in the field and there are ways to uphold the laws AND keep the title companies and lenders that hire us happy.
