As a CT notary, what I have a problem with is the comment pertaining to CA laws on perjury which appears on CA notaryu blocks. I am bound by CT perjury laws and I have no idea what CA perjury laws are! Will CA record if I strike that portion of the block, or if I replace CA with CT? Any thought?
