Those CA people calling you should know not to expect the wording to come ready made or customized to their state and to just put on the CA cert / jurat needed if its a recording doc. They dont know that loan packages are not customized for each state. Since most scams on cons originate in Calif, we have had to tighten up our acks and jurats and its probably only a matter of time before other states follow suit.
