Hey, maybe the old days are returning, eh? Remember that there are really two targeted periods during the month, the middle and the end. I think I just had a mid month rush...I'm praying it continues.
I posted 14 foreclosure properties today. I stuck my head into the county recorders office, the lady who actually records all the deeds of trust and transfers of title.
DEADSVILLE, she said. Sales are in the pits! Nothing is selling. When properties foreclose there is no escrow, only a trustees deed conveying title to the new owner of record.
Obama, where are you? Need some housing stimulus FAST!
