Going once, twice, three times SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!

I just got home, looonnnng day. Sold $35 Mil foreclosure property's fourth place lien, private money lender, for $697,864.(other loans in default too!) Three bidders got it up to $1,000,000. WOW! What a rush, three bidders in two minutes got it from opening bid to $1M. Things starting to move on the courthouse steps. Then, I had three signings this evening, all edocs...I'm outta shape. Gotta hit the hay and recharge for tomorrow.

I hope all your month-end signings are robust and abundant! It's been a terribly quiet, underwhelming three months!!
