I'm not exactly enjoying the weather today--it's thundering, lightening, and raining cats and dogs outside. We're under a tornado watch as well. I don't have to tell you how I feel--FM and RA are not fun in this weather! I see the rheumy next week and will ask him -again-for something for this pain. He thinks tylenol arthritis is a miracle drug or something; that's all he tells me to take. My hands are swollen and the fingers get stiffer by the day. I have 2 fingers that are really bad and I'm afraid they will freeze up and not move like the other 2 did. I don't know what I'll do if I lose the use of my hands. As it is I have trouble doing just about everything. This darn RA is progressing despite the Humira, every joint is involved now. Whine, whine, whine, blah...blah...blah... I worry about what will happen if the health care passes; I'll never get the treatment I get now and that's just minimal at best.
I'm going to the Cave, wrapping myself up in a warm blanket, and sipping a nice hot toddy. See you all there.
