Hi sweetie, I'm just checkin' in too. I haven't been here lately 'cause we were in places where we had no signal for the internet. My phone took a dump so I'm using Kerry's until I can get mine fixed or replaced. That won't happen until we are in either Denver CO or Pueblo CO. I was born in Pueblo so will be seeing family as well as buying some delicious Pueblo Chile. We go to the farms and they will roast it there if you like. We'll be meeting our son, daughter-in-law and a couple more of their friends. They will be there for a couple of days, just long enough to visit the Royal Gorge and buy some Chile. His friends aren't even Mexican but they love the flavor of the chile. What can I say?
We are in Sidney NE right now and will be here for a few days, then we'll move on into CO.
I took a nasty fall the other day and still have a nasty looking deep purple bruise on my hip. I took the brunt of the fall on my hip and I hit the car with my mouth and nose. I thought I had broken my nose but when I checked it was very sore but the inside of my upper lip was also a deep purple bruise. That one is gone already but my nose still hurts. Boy oh boy, dress me up and ya can't take me anywhere. Such is life, eh?
I miss everybody on here. I'm hoping everyone's doing OK. Since I fell I'm having more painful places on my leg (not where I hurt myself from the fall though). I think I wrenched my back though as that has been hurting me more than usual. OK, what next???
