Hey sweets, I'll take a couple of spoons from you if they're still available. My knees are killing me today. They were OK last night but when I woke up this AM they were swollen and hurting like a s.o.b. We're in Bismark ND now and it's 100 degrees out. 
Yuck. Luckily we have electricity and with that we can use our air conditioner. Whew!
Other than that we're fine... Ha ha! We left Pierre SD this morning and drove over 200 miles, which is far for us. Had Dairy Queen hamburgers and then ice cream for lunch. Yumm!
