Hi Deb. I'm glad you are doing better today. I'm sorry I didn't post sooner but it's been a bad weekend. This weather has been a killer for all of us it seems. I can hardly move. We're into the hot and humid here too with daily thunderstorms and the pain levels are rising. That pesky depression is also a constant companion to be fought with. My daughter's bipolar is acting up as well. I think we all need a vacation somewhere cool and dry. In the meantime I'll meet you in the cave for a drink and one of Squidward's famous massages.
