Sorry I have been such a slouch. I am just making it thru this terrible summer. I KNOW WHINE WHINE but truly, the weather has been foggy *which is a killer for me, rainy, wet, damp, and chilly. No summer as of yet. I am presently struggling with STERNUM pain. Dont know what to take for it. Doc offers nothing. Only relief I get is using lidocaine strips to freeze the pain. The fog seems to aggravate it this year. Sometimes if I lift I get it but I have not been lifting and still get it. I just got out of the bath and am going to put a heating pad on and watch nascar if I have the heart or mind to
Bethie's Mum had what they think may have been, and most probaby was, a mini stroke. Bethie has been struggling with rainy damp weather as well and so has Erin. Its been a struggle for them both as well and Erin just hurt her foot again.
The east coast seems to be a miserable place to live with arthritis and fibro etc etc.
Dean is out of hospital, had his MRI, six hour drive, and we will not get the results for three weeks or so. It has been a wait since NOV for this enhanced MRI. Its the price we pay for supposed FREE medicare but don't let it fool you, our taxes are sky high in every sense of the word and so are our prices for everything. So we call is MED I NO CARE. HO HUM
I had my blood tests , they suspect another parathyroid tumour and I hope hope to GOD its not so, as I dont know what I will do if they go into my throat again. The last time they made such a mess and I have never recovered from the paralyzed vocal cord. It still chokes me at night, have to sleep sitting up against pillows YAWN HO HUM you know the drill
I am incensed with what is happening to your guys re politics and the policies. You know, your country is the greatest in the world and its being reduced to the laughing stock of the country. I am sending out pol tidbits because I think everybody has an obligation to pass them on so that people become educated as to what is going on. To my amazement most people I TALK to do NOT have a clue what is going on, what the bills mean, what the Alinsky doctrine stands for, what Acorn is yadda yadda. And the wheel of corruption seem to go onward and upward. Very sad to watch from this perspective. and what will the elderly do with triage coming in? Not to mention denial of services...like.. if you are over sixty what right do you have to expect to have a hip replacement I mean...according to what is going to happen, it is a waste of time.
Deb, have not heard from you lately my dear. Hope you are doing better my flower. and WaterBaby, thanks for your note and your wonderful post cards. You will never know, all of you, how much I love and appreciate you all. We will SURVIVE but hey its a struggle and its great to have friends to love and cherish.
