I had trouble straddling my horse when I was in my 30's,, them sittin bones in my ass, and my hips just quivered in pain.. Your absolutely amazing!!! How in the world could you carry your wheel chair up a hiking trail is beyond me. O and rafting too, Wow!! Your some warrior is all I can say!!! Good for you lady! I'm so glad to hear your enjoying yourself to the max.
