Yup, I did what I said I'd do but it wasn't kyacking, I was whitewater rafting. My back was kinda painful after I did the horseback riding, my horse, a stallion, wanted to trot. When the horse was going downhill my back was hurting a lot but when we were going uphill my back and I were happy. Afterwards when we went rafting my back was killing me so I straddled the outside of the raft and had one foot inside the raft and one foot in the river... That wasn't as painful so I could paddle better.
Honey, I figure you only go around once and I knew I wanted to do both things so I did. That night my back was killing me so I went to bed with my heating pad, by the morning my back felt better then the insides of my thighs hurt. I was OK though.
Yesterday I decided I wanted to go for a hike so we did some hiking at the base of the Grand Teton mountains. Kerry left me sitting in my wheelchair and went ahead with the camera but after awhile I decided I wanted to do more so I took wheelchair and all and continued the hike. It was a rough area to hike in. Even Kerry was huffing and puffing. Today my shoulder hurt from carrying the wheelchair but all in all I'm OK. I just realized that I'm going to be 60 years old in August. Dang, I'm an old lady already. I'd love to go horseback riding again. The Montana mountains are so beautiful and the wild flowers were so amazing.
Love and prayers to you sweetheart and to all my Pond buddies!
