I just went through one and I was miserable and in so much pain. I took a couple of spoons that Deb offered me. I needed them badly but I'm better now. We went through Yellowstone N.P. and it's amazing there. Tomorrow I'm going to try to ride a horse for a couple of hours and then do a white water raft trip for another two hours. If you don't hear from me any more you know why! LOL I don't know if I can do it but I have to try, right?
