As you know, yesterday I watched that biopic. I want to say, I was very impressed, and I liked this movie more than EITS. Throughout the film, I had a deep feeling of compassion for Srinivas Ramanujan. We can confidently say that the guy was really a genius with finding formulas in his mind, whether in his own dreams or from a connection with God.
Jeremy Northam was excellent as Bertrand Russel. As always, he wonderfully gets into characters of significant people. His Russel was witty and judicious. And that's true, the dialogues between Russel and Hardy were filled with friendship and respect.
One thought was swirling in my head, though. If this movie gets nominated for an Oscar, who is going to be in a nomination for the best actor in a leading/supporting role, Jeremy Irons or Dev Patel? They were both the main characters and did an excellent job with their roles.
