A young man, who´s studied in UK, wanted to pre-order a turkey, which he wanted to prepare and cook in British Gregor style. So he asked after a bird round about 4 kilograms - my friend kindly clarified that a turkey of average weight at least has 9 kg! He looked a bit puzzled but then agreed.
When the time had come she called him and he appeared in the cool room, where all the slaughtered, neat and ready to cook fowl were lying on a table. He rushed up to an in his eyes convinient piece, but my friend had to tell him, that this was a duck! " Oh well!", he replies, "then I think this one is the right one" and pointed at a bigger piece... "That´s a goose, good man" said my friend. "Here is the smallest turkey that I intendet for you, unfortunately I couldn`t stop it to approche almost 10 kg." He looked a bit abashed but departed with his beast. Oh these naive young folks.
