Filming has now finished on the Man Who Knew Infinity, a forthcoming feature starring Dev Patel and Jeremy Irons.
The drama tells the true story of brilliant mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan (Patel), who was discovered in India and brought to England in March 1914 by Cambridge mathematician G.H Hardy (Irons). Ramanujan became one of the most esteemed mathematicians of all time, and was a Fellow of both the Royal Society and Trinity College, Cambridge.
Patel and Irons are joined by a heavyweight cast on this one, with Toby Jones, Stephen Fry, Jeremy Northam and Kevin McNally among those showing off their acting chops.
The feature, which comes from Animus Films and Edward R. Pressman Films, was filmed in the UK and India, with Matt Brown calling the shots from his own screenplay – adapted from the book by Robert Kanigel.
