I hear what you are all saying, but I guess I'm just not that picky when it comes to Jeremy and facial hair. I think he's beautiful clean-shaven, bearded, with a moustache or a goatee. Heck, I even think he's one of the few men who can get away with those mutton-chop whisker sideburns like he wore as Rev. Innes in Creation! Whether he's grown this latest beard for his next role or not, I think it makes him look quite distinguished.
But then, I believe I'm on the record as saying he could grow a long beard and dye it purple and it would be okay with me.
