This is one of my favorite pics of JN in a beard, too! I also like Jeremy with a beard in "Guy X" and in "Gloria", but on the 'Save the Kensal Rise Library' event pic the beard does him to look older... May be it's depends of the age: as a young the beard stands in one way - not makes him look older, but with increasing of the age the beard already in more different way.
