It would appear that Miami Medical is available from Netflix....but I don't have the slightest idea if the DVDs ever were officially released by CBS to Amazon. The show isn't available at ITunes or the episodes are not on YouTube now....so it's all a mystery.

beautiful scenery. its a throwback to the early ER days when the medical cases were the main crux of the show and the characters love lives play second fiddle. the 5 leads are all quite good and believable in their roles and so far (5 eps) the story lines have been interesting and unique. if youre fan of shows like Greys Anatomy, ER, Chicago Hope, etc then youre going to enjoy this one.

Wonderful, wonderful. I can't wait till each Friday night and I can't wait until season 1 comes out on dvd. As a fan of Jeremy Northam from Emma, I was pleasantly surprised to watch him in a doctor's role. There is a perfect blend of romance and medical drama. Not like other shows which revolve around the characters love lives. I love Dr. Zambrano with her Cuban flair and Dr. C. is my new hearthrob. Watch it! Watch it again!
