After the show we waited at the stage door and were lucky enough to get autographs from Kevin R McNally and Jeremy Northam (programme cover above), Lindsay Duncan and Olivia Colman (centre pages below).
Each seemed very pleased to learn how much we enjoyed the show, and after Ian mentioned how he loved Lindsay Duncan in the Doctor Who episode The Waters of Mars she lit up and said “Now that’s the real stuff, isn’t it?”!

puzzled93 | May 20, 2012 at 10:21 pm Thanks for this blog, was really handy, I’m seeing the show on Saturday and I was really worried we’d be the only ones at the stage door and that Jeremy Northam would be really snooty but your blog has put my mind at ease. Thanks. xxx

puzzled93 | May 20, 2012 at 10:22 pm Thanks for your blog, I’m seeing the show on Saturday with a couple of friends, and I wanted to go to the stage door after but was really worried we’d (A) be the only ones and (B) Jeremy Northam, Lindsay Duncan and Olivia Coleman would be really snooty or something but you have put my mind at ease. Thanks so much. xxx

Deal J | May 21, 2012 at 11:05 am No problem, and thanks for your comment! I hope you enjoy the play as much as we did and get to meet the cast afterwards too. Rest assured they weren’t snooty at all – quite the opposite. There were two others waiting for signatures, but they were quite clearly collecting en masse (maybe to sell on eBay or something) – they looked kind of cross to be doing that, so I almost didn’t approach them, but when they saw we were genuine fans they perked up and were so lovely! Enjoy x
