- I'm so pleased to have JN name-checked in relation to this programme, because his character and the way he acted with Jack were one of (if not the!) best bit of the series.
re: 'knock for six' - I think it is a cricketing term, but usually negative
, but from the context I assume SC meant it in an admiring way...
