I was actually laughing, Jules, knowing that in many places on Earth people would stare blankly if the names "David Letterman" or "Sean Hayes" were mentioned--the way that DL did when SH said JN's name. 
That article you read really missed the boat if they didn't mention THE understudy story to beat all understudy stories! Sheesh.
