It's the movie that first made me sit up and wonder who this fabulous actor was (intelligent, beautiful, such eyes, such a voice, and back to the eyes again ...). It helps that the role was also played in a much earlier film version by the sublime Robert Donat. Both quite brilliant but very different performances.
